luis morenoLuis was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela's second largest city. His family moved to Houston, where Luis went to high school. He later graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Film and a B.A. in French. Luis became an editor while working at Dennis Hayes & Associates.
